Horrific: Man hugged this 7-year-old girl at a soccer practice, then killed her .
Emma Watson Nowling was shot and killed by a man police say is a family friend. Timothy Nelson Obeshaw shot the girl after she finished soccer practice. Before he turned the gun on himself, he also shot her mother. She is in serious condition. VPC
